Dream of Silver accept secure payment by debit and credit cards courtesy of Paypal. Please note that a Paypal account is not required, you can still pay by Paypal using your credit or debit card, or bank acount.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque please Contact Us with the details of the item you would like to order and we will send you further instructions.

Ordering
Within 24 hours of placing your sterling silver jewellery order you will receive an email from Dream of Silver confirming your order details. A binding contract is formed only when you receive this order confirmation. By placing an order you are accepting the terms & conditions on this page.

Free Delivery On All Orders
Dream of Silver offers free delivery on all orders to both UK and overseas. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded 'Signed For' Delivery. Orders are usually dispatched straight away, however occasionally it can take longer - please allow 1-2 weeks for your Dream of Silver jewellery order to be delivered within the UK.

All overseas orders are sent by Airmail 'International Signed For' service. Orders are usually dispatched straight away, however occasionally it can take longer - please allow 2-3 weeks for your Dream of Silver jewellery order to be delivered overseas.

Full Money Back Guarantee
All sterling silver jewellery purchased from Dream of Silver is protected by a full money back guarantee, allowing a full refund or product exchange if for any reason you are not happy. If you are not satisfied with your silver jewellery you must contact us for a returns form, and then return it to us unworn and in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receiving it. Any sterling silver jewellery returned to us must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at your own cost - Dream of Silver is unable to refund the cost of return postage.

If your sterling silver jewellery order arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Dream of Silver will be happy to refund, exchange or replace your damaged jewellery.

Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your sterling silver jewellery order before you have received it please do so by email within 7 days of the date of your order. Dream of Silver will refund the full price within 30 days of the cancellation.

Packaging
All sterling silver jewellery purchases from Dream of Silver include complimentary gift wrapping in a luxurious white gift box, finished off with hand-tied ribbon.

Can't See What You Want?
If you are looking for a specific sterling silver jewellery item but can't see it on the Dream of Silver website then get in touch - we may be able to help. Alternatively, if you like one of our designs but would like it changing slightly to suit your style (for example, you would like to replace the chain on a necklace for a longer one, or would like a pair of earrings making in a different colour) then please do Contact Us for information. We will do all we can to help!

Jewellery Care

Handmade Products
Due to the nature of handmade sterling silver jewellery products there may occasionally be slight variations in the size and colour of some jewellery items. All measurements are approximate.

The Swarovski crystals and glass beads used in our jewellery are very delicate. Please take care to store these items suitably and avoid dropping or knocking them, as this could cause damage.

Safety
Dream of Silver's sterling silver jewellery is not suitable for handling by very young children, due to the small parts which may cause a choking hazard. Children should be supervised when wearing our range of children's silver jewellery.
